Kaiser - dela Cruz Consulting, Inc. specializes in application development for hospitals, industrial clinics and medical related educational institutions. Our Visual Medsys and MedScho IT application are providing integrated hospital and College solutions.
The corporation is a practical partnership between technologies that encompass both computer and medical expertise. Its sister company is INFOSERVE, Inc., which is one of the oldest and largest software development companies in the Philippines. The combined staff totals more than 75. Robert F. Kaiser, Jr. is a graduate of Ateneo Masters in Hospital Administration Program, while Zoilo dela Cruz is a graduate of Ateneo Masters in Computer Science.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
The MedSys hospital and MedScho (MedSys School System) applications are the most integrated, comprehensive and proven system that has been developed in the Philippines. It also has the largest base of clients with more than one dozen installations with varying modules. From a technology standpoint our objective is to bring computerization to hospitals/clinics and colleges that at the same time uses both open standards and affordable technology. Computerization should not be a burden but a tool that will improve the way in which medical care and services are delivered. The more transparent and integrated the Hospital Information System /College System the more effective it will be. Our clients have found that the implementation of MedSys or MedScho will not only reduce staffing loads but also improve controls and management reporting.
OBJECTIVES
MedSys and MedScho are designed to bring together the whole institution’s operating process from registration to discharge (for hospital), enrollment to grading (for college) encompassing both clinical and financial operations records. This results in improved service, and better control and reporting processes to management.

OUR VISION: To use computer technology to provide a higher level of care and service. The IT system will become a seamless part of the institution’s operations whereby staff will have immediate access to patient/student information whenever and wherever required; clerical workload will be reduced: service improved and management will have a powerful new informational tool for decision making purposes.
OUR STRENGTHS: Computerization of medical/school facilities are among the most difficult of IT projects. Our group has years of experience and the ability to see projects through to their completion. Our system is well tested in house at our base hospital. Our staff knows the terms and flow of people and information. Each new client has brought in ideas that have enriched our system.
MedSys and MedScho, by linking together all aspects of the process, can bring substantial gains in productivity, service to patients/students and information to management.
